HBO House of The Dragon

For the House of The Dragon 20-nation AR marketing campaign, Rapt Digital worked with HBO and Snapchat to create this one-of-a-kind landmark location effect. We were fortunate enough to represent Australia and were tasked with developing and producing the AR filter. The effect uses several new augmented reality (AR) technologies, like custom location landmark scanning, to generate effects that are unique to particular locations.

In partnership with Universal, we created an AR filter based off the classic Frankenstein film. The filter turns users into Frankenstein’s monster and starts a mini-game upon activation.

We designed this AR filter to help Absolut Liquor raise awareness for their new product, Absolute Juice. The effect was used in UK marketing activations and on bus stop advertisements.

United Nations

We created this AR filter for The United Nations to help raise awareness about staying home during the 2020 Covid Pandemic. The effect was created by our head creative Abbas Sajad and in collaboration with Poplar Studios.

Sony Pictures

We partnered with Sony Pictures to create an AR filter for the 2019 film Charlies Angels. The effect was used pre and post-launch in order to generate global interest and awareness for the reboot.

Rapt Digital collaborated with Drip Digital to create this Snapchat game for Sportbet which was used in a national Australian marketing campaign on the Snapchat Platform to promote the Australian elections. The game was designed to make fun of dreaded election voting whilst referencing Sportsbet’s branding and sense of humour.

Award-winning Game

Rapt Digital’s lead creative, Abbas Sajad, partnered with Daniel Robertson and Sufee Yama to design an AR Filter game that would educate people about the consequences of losing Bees. This project was submitted to Snapchat’s annual Augmented Reality competition and ended up winning.
